Pradeep Srinivas
– Director of India Operations

Pradeep has been involved in Software, Software Services and IT Enabled Services projects using the offshore model for over 20 years. Since starting his own company, he has worked for some of the more noted names of the Indian software industry, and has helped offshore development centres to deliver quality software.

Although he trained as an Industrial and Production Engineer from Bangalore University, he has found his calling in the software services industry, working with software giants like Infosys, Mastech Corporation, Phillips Software, i2 Technologies and Caritor Inc. (now Keane).

Pradeep held various roles in these companies. He was responsible for the Infrastructure, providing security and connectivity to customers. He participated in Quality initiatives, and was responsible in acquiring Quality certifications. He managed the Development and Delivery of software, and was part of an elite Management team that provided customer relations and management. For at least two companies, he conceptualised, designed, implemented, and ran large network monitoring centres. Pradeep also was also a member of the “soft skills” training faculty at Caritor, providing communication and cultural skills training to their internal staff.
