Casey Helders

For over 25 years, Casey has provided Sales, Account Management, and Business Development services to a variety of IT consulting, system integrators, and IT services firms.  His consultative style focuses on understanding client needs, gaining client trust, and working with clients to define solutions that are specific, achievable, and tied to business results.  He enjoys meeting new clients, and staying in touch with clients that he has worked with repeatedly throughout the years.  He enjoys working directly with clients, as well as launching and managing teams of account managers.  Casey consultative relationship style can break a problem down into components, and can explain how technology can work for clients. 


Once a project is underway, Casey continues to meet with clients to ensure that their expectations are being met and that they are completely satisfied with the results.  Past clients say they like working with Casey because he made their job easier, he’s a good listener, he provided the right solution, and delivered on his promises.  They find him warm, likeable, authentic and trustworthy – great characteristics for a successful client relationship. 


Education
Casey graduated from the Anne Arundel College with a Business Degree, and has been trained in a variety of consultative sales techniques.
